By accessing or using GetDataGH (www.getdatagh.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
GetDataGH is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with verified vendors selling mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks in Ghana. We facilitate transactions but do not directly provide telecom services.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a vendor account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Purchases and Payments
- All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
- Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
- Data bundles are delivered to the phone number provided at the time of purchase.
- Ensure the phone number and network selection are correct before completing payment.
- Refunds are available for undelivered bundles. Contact support within 24 hours.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must fulfill orders promptly after receiving payment notification.
- Vendors must maintain accurate pricing and bundle descriptions.
- Vendors must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- GetDataGH reserves the right to remove vendors who fail to meet these standards.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
- Provide false information during registration or transactions
- Resell access to the platform without authorization
7. Limitation of Liability
GetDataGH acts as a marketplace connecting buyers with vendors. We are not responsible for network outages, delays caused by telecom operators, or issues with data bundle activation that are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
